"Vue de Monde" located at CEO's Normanby Chambers located at 430 Little Collins Street in Melbourne is proud to offer the Dom Perignon pirvate dining room as the ulitmate in private dining. The room has been designed in association with Moet Hennessy Australia to showcase the champagne house's exclusive heritage and the restaurant's culinary excellence and sophistication. It's luxurious, dark interior provides the ultimate in opulent fine dining. A large charcoal coloured, resin-smooth dining table hand crafted from wood formerly used as seats in the MCG's Bill Ponsford stand comfortably seats fourteen guests on Paul Smith striped, black Catifa chairs. A selection of the latest images, short by Karl Lagerfeld featuring Claudia Schiffer for the Dom Perignon CEnotheque campagn, have been printed on 200 meters of Japanese silk, and draped to create an intimate and alluring environment, together with feature Australian artworks by Petter Booth and Tony Clarke. Whilst the room is totally private with its own lounge and bathroom facilities, a link via 'kitchen cam' shown on a plasma screen provides an insight into Vue de Monde's culinary creations as they occur in the main kitchen. In addition to dining, clients of CEO are also invited to utilize the room as a board room.
